@313 is a uniquely designed building comprised of a number of flexible areas, each varying in size and function which can be configured to suit anywhere from 1 to 120 people.
All areas are climate controlled and feature complimentary WiFi as well as access to a number of building facilities and services.
Each space can function independently or be joined to create a large open space to suit.
